I placed an online delivery order, but I never received my order, who do contact? Will I receive a refund?

If for some reason your online order at Smart&Final.com is not delivered, your credit card will not be charged. If you have received a charge in error, please allow 24 hours before contacting our team as refunds are processed accordingly.
